Thank you to everyone who donated in 2009 and 2010. We are excited and amazed with the generous outpouring of support for our "Christmas in the Sky" charity event. After speaking with the director of the Erie City Mission, we found out that they had a great need for personal care items. Things like shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc aren't supplied by the food bank so they asked if we could collect them as donations. Everyone who dropped off an item was offered hot chocolate and cookies! People also gave us cash donations, and 100% of the proceeds went to the Erie City Mission. Our business sponsors help offset the cost of the fireworks but all individual donations go directly to the Erie City Mission. We don't use ANY proceeds for lights, equipment or the electric bill. This is our way to give back and do something fun for our neighbors and community. Please consider a donation.
